Common questions
I reinstalled and my progress is gone.+
Kwest accounts are anonymous and tied to your installation, so a reinstall starts a fresh account. We are not able to link a new install back to a previous one, so progress from before the reinstall cannot be recovered today. Account recovery is in the works and may be available in a future release, though we cannot guarantee a date. Let us know it happened through the contact form in the meantime.
I bought coins and they have not arrived.+
Purchases are validated on our servers and usually land within a few seconds. If they have not, reopen the app first — that retries validation. Still missing? Reach us through the contact form and we will follow up so you can send your store receipt and get the balance credited.
A clue is wrong or the answer seems unfair.+
Reach us through the contact form with the level and the word. Every word and clue is reviewed by hand, and player reports are how the bad ones get found.
How do I turn off ads?+
Ad settings follow your device-level ad tracking preferences. If you are seeing an ad that is inappropriate or broken, reach us through the contact form and we will follow up so you can send a screenshot.
Can I delete my data?+
Yes. Reach us through the contact form with your display name and roughly when you played, and ask for deletion — we will remove the account and its progress.
